Unify is a four year program being delivered by the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs to replace the Integrated Client Management System (ICMS) and a number of other systems, and will transform the way we work.

Our Vison: To ensure Queensland families, children and young people are cared for, protected, safe and able to reach their full potential through improved capability for our frontline staff, government agencies and partners to share information and integrate service delivery.

More than just the replacement of the core IT system, Unify provides an opportunity to transform the way we work, including making sure we're putting clients at the centre of everything we do with a broad focus on:

Improving information and collaboration across Queensland Government, social service and justice sectors while engaging with young people, families, carers and services
Continuing service reforms and enabling more streamlined processes
